Yilan County – The “Yilan Happy Transfer Station,” developed in partnership with the Kimi creative team, officially opened on May 24. The site is themed around Kimi’s picture books and features outdoor installations including an elephant slide and a giraffe observation tower. Indoors, there is also an adorable black dog ball pit and a cool VR virtual reality experience that immerses you in the world of Kimi’s picture books.

The Yilan Happy Transfer Station was formerly an idle space of Kuo-Kuang Motor Transport. It now provides day care services for residents of Yilan County and assists disadvantaged individuals in finding employment. With the added cultural and creative value brought by the Kimi brand, the space has been given new meaning, combining cultural creativity with social welfare development to become a platform where happiness and hope continue to grow and thrive.
