Longquan Village is located 8 kilometers southwest of Dawukou District, the central urban area of Shizuishan City, Ningxia, at the foot of the Helan Mountains, adjacent to the Xinghai Lake tourist attraction and only 10 kilometers from Sand Lake. The village covers an area of 27 square kilometers, with nearly 400 households and over 1,100 residents. There are currently over 100 large and medium-sized enterprises in the vicinity, employing around 30,000 workers and residents. The area features a Helan Mountain alluvial fan landform, with mountainous terrain accounting for one third of the total area. It enjoys a superior location, complete facilities, convenient transportation, and abundant local produce.

The Longquan Village Folk Culture Tourism Village is planned to cover an area of over 900 acres. It boasts unique natural resources, including nine naturally formed springs known as the Nine Dragons Springs, whose clear and continuously flowing waters nourish the rural streams. The nearby Helan Mountain Beacon Towers and ancient Han Dynasty tomb clusters bear witness to the village’s ancient and mysterious legends. The Rural Folk Culture Exhibition Hall showcases cultural relics that allow visitors to sense the profound changes in agricultural civilization. Over a hundred well-spaced, naturally harmonious farmhouses nestled against the mountains, along with natural green foods such as wild purple mushrooms from the Helan Mountains, homemade goji berries, and pollution-free vegetables, plus the idyllic pastoral scenery, make it the ideal location for developing agritainment, folk culture, ecological leisure, and sightseeing.
