Leek Valley

The Leek Valley scenic area is located to the north of Wudang Temple and is a pristine valley in the Helan Mountains. The canyon stretches 10 kilometers in length, surrounded by mountains on all sides, offering a cool, tranquil environment with lush water and grass, and breathtaking scenery. In the valley, natural formations such as the "Lovers' Peak," "Heaven's Gate Cave," "Mountain God's Patrol," and "Strongman's Adventure" are stunningly beautiful, making visitors feel as if they have been transported to Tianzi Mountain in Zhangjiajie or are strolling along the Golden Whip Stream. A clear, winding stream meanders through the valley, gurgling and murmuring as it flows. It is a natural mineral spring, cool and refreshing. The area is densely dotted with ancient beacon towers and fortifications from the Qin, Han, and Ming dynasties, as well as contemporary military caves, recreating the region’s military history and adding an air of mystery to Leek Valley. This further attracts adventurers and curiosity seekers, making it an ideal destination for military experience and mountain sports.
