Guideigou is a pristine valley located within the Helan Mountains. The main attractions in Guideigou consist of the “Four Scenic Spots and One Spring,” namely the Ancient Great Wall Beacon Tower Scenic Area, the Ancient Rock Art Cluster Conservation Area, Zuandonggou Natural Scenic Area, Shayao Rural Scenic Area, and Jijitan Mountain Spring. These “scenic spots” and the “spring” form a beautiful landscape, making it one of the great wonders of the Helan Mountains. In particular, the various attractions within the Zuandonggou Natural Scenic Area are unique, featuring sites such as “Crane Peak,” “Sunset View Peak,” “Ancient Three Peaks,” “Seven Immortals Pool,” “Dragon Head Drill Official Bridge,” “Pull-Up Slope,” “- Peak,” “Grey Crane Nest,” “Immortal Cave,” “Spirit Pool,” “Seven Cypresses,” and “Twin Breast Peaks.” There are also various beautiful legends and cool, refreshing mountain spring water.
