Sheng'an Hometown Cultural Town is located in the northern suburbs of Chengdu, in the northwest of Xindu District, adjacent to the Chengdu North Trade City. It lies within Majia Town, situated along the important regional economic corridor between Chengdu and Deyang and on the north-south development axis of Chengdu. The scenic area boasts distinctive tourism resources such as Yang Sheng'an’s Former Residence, Jianfeng Dry Ski Slope, Beixing Flower Expo Park, Four Seasons 0-Garden, Ding Family Courtyard, Grand Love Elderly Care Center, Xiahexi Cultural & Creative Cluster, Xiahexi Wetland, Micro Forest Succulent Base, 0-Garden, Western Sichuan Forest Farmsteads, and more. Regular events such as the March 3rd Sheng'an Culture Festival and harvest seasons are held annually at the Sheng'an Cultural Square and Visitor Center. The area is also known for its signature produce and crafts, including Cuihong Plums, Sunshine Rose Grapes, Hengfeng Blueberries, Zhuangyuan Strawberries, and palm fiber weaving. Historically famous sites nearby include Liuyang River, Liyang Mountain, Bailuo Spring, the Warring States-era Tomb of the King of Shu in Majia, and Han Dynasty portrait-brick tombs. This is also the hometown of Yang Sheng'an, the top imperial scholar of the Ming Dynasty.
