The former site of the Red Sixth Army Headquarters is a cultural relic protection unit of Hubei Province and a classic red tourism destination.

Former Site of the Red Sixth Army Headquarters

Located on the Old Street of Wangqiao in Wangqiao Town, Jianli County. In February 1930, the Red Sixth Army was stationed in Wangqiao, and its headquarters was set up here. The surviving structures include the army headquarters offices as well as the former residences of Xu Guangda, Sun Deqing, and others, along with the sites of the Front Committee, Quartermaster Department, General Staff, and Political Department.
