Limited-Edition Five Blessings Amulets in New Taipei City – Free Giveaway

The New Taipei City Tourism Bureau has carefully curated festive travel routes and specially designed a limited-edition New Year’s “Five Blessings Spring Festival” travel brochure in the shape of traditional Japanese “omamori,” as well as the first-ever integrated tourist guide map—“New Taipei Just Like This MAP.” Limited to 10,000 copies, these are now available free of charge at all tourism service centers and visitor centers across New Taipei City.

 

The Five Blessings Spring Festival travel brochure includes themes for star-chasers (“Find Happiness”), nature lovers (“Enjoy Bliss”), those seeking good fortune (“Seek Wealth”), those wanting to add blessings to their trip (“Come for Blessings”), and those looking for quality rest (“Enjoy Comfort”). With diverse and rich themes, the content features: the Pingxi Happiness Railway Journey, Tamkang High School, Tamsui Old Street, Fisherman’s Wharf and the One Drop Water Memorial Hall, Shuangxi, Shuishe Cave, Jinguashi, Jiufen, Zhonghe’s Hulongdi Fude Temple, Shiding’s Five Directions God of Wealth Temple, Bali’s Five Blessings Temple, as well as Dharma Drum Mountain, Lingjiu Mountain, and the Three Gorges Ancestral Temple. It also highlights 24 handpicked charming homestays and 48 high-quality hotels in New Taipei City... Additionally, it offers tips for attracting wealth and love, blessings advice, and information on holiday events at related attractions.

 

The tourist guide map—New Taipei Just Like This MAP—not only introduces the characteristics of New Taipei City’s tourism resources but also fully integrates various public transportation services. Based on a standard scaled map, it accurately marks the relative locations of the city’s vast array of attractions. The map is available in four language versions: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and English. Its cover designs are themed around cherry blossoms, tung blossoms, maple leaves, and kapok flowers, creatively showcasing New Taipei City’s year-round appeal in spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
