The winery is committed to building an estate focused on estate wine production, combining wine-themed leisure tourism with a 16th-century Scottish-style castle, thereby bringing the Western tradition of vineyard-based wine production to China. It cultivates 13 grape varieties imported from France, including Marselan, Merlot, Muscat, and Syrah. Within the castle, every detail—from the domed ceiling to the restaurant decor and even the hidden passages in the bedrooms—exudes the elegance and mystery of Scottish nobility. While savoring fine wine, you feel as though you've stepped into a scene of European aristocratic life, leaving all fatigue behind and returning to nature.
