The Li Family Residence in Liangjiatuan is a cultural relic protection unit designated by Shandong Province.

The Li Family Residence in Liangjiatuan is located in Liangjiatuan Community, Dengzhou Subdistrict Office, Penglai City, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Built during the mid-to-late Qing Dynasty, the Li Family Residence in Liangjiatuan was the home of a wealthy family surnamed Li. It is a four-courtyard quadrangle compound facing south with its back to the north. Currently, there are four surviving main halls and four wing rooms, covering a total area of 1,071.84 square meters. The main halls use a post-and-lintel structure with large, finely crafted timber materials, small lattice windows, and transom windows above doors and windows. The wing rooms feature latticed doors.

On May 20, 2011, the Li Family Residence in Liangjiatuan was designated as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Yantai. In 2015, it was listed as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit by the People’s Government of Shandong Province.

Protection boundary: 20 meters beyond the outer walls of the residence.

Liangjiatuan Community: Established in July 2002, Liangjiatuan Community covers an area of 0.8 square kilometers. It currently has seven residential compounds, 25 residential buildings, 877 households, a permanent population of 2,343, and 68 transient residents. There are 20 entities within its jurisdiction, including two government offices.
