Tianfei Temple at Jingkou and the Ancient Port of Kao Li are located in Tuoji Town, Changdao County, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

On October 10, 2013, Tianfei Temple at Jingkou and the Ancient Port of Kao Li were designated as part of the fourth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Tuoji Town: The total land area of the island is 7.11 square kilometers. It administers eight administrative villages: Moshizui Village, Jingkou Village, Houkou Village, Dongshan Village, Xicun Village, Beicun Village, Lushankou Village, and Zhongcun Village.
