Lighthouse Square is a cultural tourism attraction.

It is named after the towering maritime lighthouse standing along the shore. Covering a total area of approximately 489,000 square meters, the coastline features a rugged rocky terrain. The area is generally divided into three sections: the square, seaside leisure, and tourism services. The Lighthouse Scenic Area centers around the lighthouse, starting from the cluster of coastal rocks, and makes full use of the existing elevation changes to create a rich array of landscape features, forming an expansive seaside leisure plaza. The lighthouse stands out like a “Pillar that Calms the Sea,” seemingly emerging from the natural surroundings, demonstrating a harmonious blend of nature and human-made scenery. The Lighthouse Tourist Scenic Area boasts a two-kilometer coastline, home to a rare natural cluster of rocky outcrops on China’s northern shores. In the hot summer months, visitors can play in the water by the rocks, frolic in the surf, or go beachcombing for seashells and hermit crabs. During autumn and winter, guests can enjoy the sea view and listen to the sound of the waves from the shore. Here, where the sea meets the sky in breathtaking scenery, visitors flock year-round, making it a perfect spot to admire the ocean, listen to the waves, and watch the sunrise.
