Hanlinchun Tea Expo Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Rizhao Hanlinchun Tea Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive tea enterprise integrating tea planting, production, processing, sales, scientific research, and tourism. The company owns 316 acres of organic tea gardens, all cultivated using organic farming methods. The tea garden is located at No. 9 Qingdao North Road, Shanhaitian Tourist Resort. Within a 3-kilometer radius of the tea garden there are no villages, and within a 5-kilometer radius there are no factories. Situated in the 35-degree north latitude sunshine belt, the area features mountainous and hilly terrain, with mountains and sea nearby. It enjoys abundant sunlight and large diurnal temperature variations, resulting in a long growth cycle for the tea trees. The soil has been deeply tilled and neutralized to remove various harmful residues, and it is slightly acidic, yellow-brown soil rich in organic matter and trace elements—especially the anti-cancer element selenium, whose content far exceeds the national standard for selenium-rich tea. As a leading enterprise in Rizhao’s tea industry, Hanlinchun ensures that every leaf of tea comes from its organic demonstration garden, and every cup offers you the essence of nature.

To align with the overall planning of Shanhaitian Tourist Resort, which focuses on promoting the tourism industry through a cultural theme centered on “tea and sea,” Hanlinchun Tea Expo Park will develop three main zones within the park: an organic tea technology R&D and production area; a tea culture scenic area; and a tea and fruit picking experience area. A new tea museum has been built in the park, where classic exhibits use images, photos, text, and physical objects to display and explain the history of Rizhao green tea development, allowing visitors from other regions to gain a deeper understanding of the history of Rizhao green tea and personally experience the charm of Rizhao’s tea culture. In December 2016, Hanlinchun Tea Expo Park was approved as a AAA-level tourist attraction by the Rizhao Municipal Tourism Development Commission.
