Lijia Tai Folk Tourism Resort is located on the northern section of Rizhao’s Golden Coastline, at the eastern end of Qinlou Subdistrict. It is a traditional fishing village with 236 households and a population of 812, primarily engaged in fishing and tourism. The village has a coastline stretching 1,600 meters, including 500 meters of natural, high-quality sandy beach, as well as 1,000 mu of rocky reefs — the largest such formation along Rizhao’s nearshore waters. These reefs teem with seafood such as crabs, clams, and oysters year-round. Near the shore, there is a “Divine Spring of the East Sea,” known for its sweet and refreshing water, steeped in ancient mystery. It is the perfect spot for tourists to go tide-pooling, fishing, relaxing, and enjoying the summer. The village lies east of Rizhao’s Golden Tourism Boulevard, south of Peach Blossom Island Cultural Park, north of Rizhao Seaside National Forest Park, and west of Qingdao Road — offering a prime location and convenient transportation for easy access. Currently, the village has 158 households offering folk tourism accommodations, with over 5,000 beds in total, including 180 standard beds. It is one of the larger folk tourism villages along Rizhao’s northern coast, featuring a medium-sized parking lot that can accommodate more than 200 tour buses, as well as a seafood and shopping market. Visitors here can truly experience the wonderful feeling of “eating and staying with fishing families, and exploring the sea for fun.” Nighttime beach bonfires captivate passersby and enchant tourists.
