The Haiqu Tombs Cluster is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Haiqu Tombs Cluster is located in Rizhao Subdistrict, Donggang District, Rizhao City, dating back to the Han Dynasty.

On June 23, 2015, the Haiqu Tombs Cluster was designated as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Rizhao Subdistrict: Rizhao Subdistrict is situated in the seat of Donggang District, Rizhao City. It borders Shijiu Subdistrict and Qinlou Subdistrict to the east, Houcun Town and Nanhu Town to the west, Xianghe Subdistrict to the north, and Kuishan Subdistrict of Rizhao Development Zone to the south. The area covers 48.6 square kilometers and governs 41 administrative villages/residential communities and 18 urban communities, with a registered population of 53,000 and a resident population of 180,000.
