Yunguo Hill Tea & Culture Park is a national AAA-level scenic area, located in the Shanhaitian Tourist Resort of Rizhao, near a national forest park, and covers 200 acres. It is both the closest tea garden to the coast and a themed cultural tourism park. In this tea garden, you can pick tea leaves and enjoy genuine Rizhao green tea—all of which is grown in the open air.

The hillsides are covered with lush green tea plantations, interspersed with hundreds of meters of grape pergolas and orchard gardens, all thoughtfully landscaped. Facing the sea, with birds chirping and the fragrance of tea and fruit in the air, the park features rural guesthouses, Yunguo Tea House, grape-picking gardens, a marine fisheries theme park, bonfire parties, camping bases, and team-building activities. It integrates dining, accommodation, tea tasting, fruit picking, sightseeing, fitness, and leisure vacation, making it a unique cultural tourism destination nestled between the Rizhao coast and mountains. The goal is to ensure that visitors “don’t want to leave once they arrive, often look back after departure, and yearn to return.”

This is a coastal agricultural scenic area themed around Rizhao green tea culture, fishery culture, hospitality, and grape picking. Tea is at the heart of the experience, while fishery culture is its distinctive highlight.

The park features the Yunguo Hill Hotel with sea-view rooms. From these rooms, guests can gaze at the vast expanse of ocean and listen to the majestic symphony of crashing waves. Especially at night, the illuminated fishing village nearby and the twinkling lights from ships at Dongjia Port create a colorful and enchanting scene. Rooms are built to a near three-star standard, equipped with private bathrooms, water heaters, cable TV, and Wi-Fi—ideal for family weekend getaways or group stays.

The park includes the Yunguo Hill Hotel, which can accommodate up to 200 diners and offers four high-end private rooms. Here, guests can enjoy premium Rizhao green tea and authentic local specialties and seafood while overlooking the boundless waves of the Yellow Sea. There is also a large multifunctional conference room suitable for meetings or cultural performances. The outdoor training base is available for corporate team-building activities. The barbecue and bonfire cultural square allows visitors to enjoy folk performances, savor flavorful seafood barbecues, participate in interactive stage activities, sing freely, unwind, and reconnect with nature.
