Wang Xiang Taibao Forest

Wang Xiang Taibao Forest is a cultural heritage protection unit of Linyi City.

Wang Xiang Taibao Forest is located in Xiaojian Village and Yiheliuguanzhuang Village, Baishabu Town, Lanshan District. Dating back to the Han Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient tomb site.

Wang Xiang Taibao Forest is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Baishabu Town: Baishabu Town is situated north of Linyi City, 12 kilometers from the urban center. It covers an area of 70 square kilometers and governs 50 administrative villages with a population of 57,000. Zhuqi Highway runs north–south through the town, while Dongsi Highway crosses east–west. The Yi River forms the eastern boundary, while the Xiao River and Liuching River flow through the area.

The town has a solid industrial economy foundation, with 335 enterprises of various types, forming four major pillar industries: water meters, textiles, biochemicals, and plastics. Water meter production accounts for one-third of the national total, earning it the title “Hometown of Water Meters.” It is also the largest distribution hub for raw materials of chondroitin sulfate in China.
