Hesheng Garden is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Hesheng Garden is located in Xiliu Village, Gongli Town, Xintai City, the hometown of the ancient sage Hesheng, covering an area of 108 mu. It is a themed cultural park invested in and built by Shandong Taishan Dye Co., Ltd. with an investment of 16 million yuan. Hesheng, also known as Liuxia Hui, was a nobleman of the State of Lu during the Spring and Autumn Period. His surname was Zhan, given name Huo, courtesy name Qin, and he was enfeoffed in the region of Liuxia and posthumously honored with the title "Hui," hence he is called Liuxia Hui. The story of Liuxia Hui "sitting with a woman in his arms without losing his composure" is widely known, and he was revered as the Sage of Harmony by later figures such as Confucius and Mencius, becoming a moral and virtuous paragon passed down through generations of the Chinese nation for over 2,500 years. Hesheng Garden is a perfect blend of Jiangnan-style gardens and northern culture, featuring main attractions such as the Hesheng Hometown Archway, Mountain Gate, Hesheng Statue, Hesheng Lake, Lake Pavilion, Little Mount Tai, Phoenix Mountain, Crescent Moon Mountain, Bixia Yuanjun Temple, Hesheng Ritual Shrine, Bamboo Garden, Peony and Rose Garden, and the Zoo.

Gongli Town: Gongli Town is located in the western part of Xintai City and is the hometown of the ancient sage Liuxia Hui (a nobleman of the State of Lu during the Spring and Autumn Period, surname Zhan, given name Huo, courtesy name Qin). The town covers a total area of 79 square kilometers, with 64,000 mu of arable land. It administers 5 management areas, 43 administrative villages, and has a population of 58,000.
