Xintai City Museum

Xintai City Museum is located at the southern end of Tongtian Street in Xintai City. Established in 1987, the museum boasts a rich collection of approximately 4,000 cultural relics dating from the Dawenkou Culture period to the late Qing Dynasty, including over a hundred national first- and second-class relics. The photo shows a pottery tripod and white ceramics from the Dawenkou Culture period.

In addition to organizing permanent exhibitions with its collections, Xintai City Museum frequently holds traveling exhibitions in towns, factories, mines, and schools. Professionals from the museum have also published works such as the "Xintai City Annals" and the "Xintai Place Names Annals."

In December 2020, it was included in the fourth batch of National Second-Class Museums.
