Ziyang Palace — Ziyang Mountain, also known as Mingshanjian, is named after Ziyang Palace at its summit, standing at an elevation of 550 meters. Ziyang Palace, also called Zijin Chunyang Taoist Altar, was originally dedicated to Deng Yu, a founding hero of the Han Dynasty, and later to the immortal Lü Dongbin (Lü Chunyang). Ziyang Mountain features majestic and picturesque scenery, making it one of the scenic highlights of Meiling. Ancient travel records describe it as follows: “Climbing its peaks and looking around, one sees formations like descending dragons and crouching tigers, standing in the distance facing each other, in utmost tranquility. Nearby lies the ribbon-like Zhang River, while in the distance looms the majestic Lu Mountain; all other mountains seem like mere mounds in comparison.” To the west, Ziyang Mountain connects with Rabbit Mountain (Tuziqian), the two forming a saddle-like shape with a depression in between, resembling a penholder. The ancient poet Yang Chaolin wrote in his poem “Visiting the Stone Bed and Immortal Traces on Brushholder Mountain”: “The immortal has ridden the yellow crane away, fellow disciples should let the white clouds seal the way. The five-foot stone bed needs no lock or key, where more than once a shepherd boy has lain at sunset.”

Looking around in all directions, the peaks stand like descending dragons and crouching tigers, gazing at each other from afar, supremely tranquil. Close by, the Zhang River encircles like a sash; in the distance, Mount Lu looms like a raised tablet, making all other hills seem like mere mounds. "Mount Ziyang connects to the west with Rabbit Mountain (Rabbit Peak), the two ranges linked together with a hollow in between like a saddle, resembling a penholder. Meiling Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Wanli District, Nanchang City. It is one of the city’s suburban tourist and summer resort destinations. Established as Meiling Commune in 1958, it was renamed Meiling Township in 1984 and upgraded to Meiling Town in 1987. The town government is located on Dianqian Street. Situated in the northern part of the district, within the Meiling National Forest Park, it lies 4.5 kilometers from the district center. Covering an area of 67 square kilometers with a population of 13,000, it is traversed by the Shengzhuang–Dianqian Highway. The town administers the Dianqian Street Residents' Committee and seven village committees: Meiling, Qianjin, Lixin, Dongchang, Tuanjie, Yuanjia, and Fengjing.
