Located in Guai Feijian, it is a rural tourism demonstration site in Jiangxi Province, a 3A-level rural tourism attraction, and a Gold Medal Rural Homestay of China's Rural Tourism. With an outstanding ecological environment and pleasant climate, the village buildings are constructed along the mountain terrain and are divided into three levels—Fortune, Prosperity, and Longevity—according to the topography, symbolizing "a higher level of fortune, prosperity, and longevity." The mountain forest covers an area of over 10,000 mu, featuring natural resource landscapes such as wild bamboo forests, stone houses, ancient camphor trees, and misty tea. Leveraging its own advantages, it has formed a rural tourism model of "viewing rural scenery, eating rural food, tasting rural dishes, staying in rural houses, doing rural work, enjoying rural entertainment, and purchasing rural products," highlighting the rustic, wild, earthy, and distinctive flavors of the countryside.
