Wugu Village Jungle Wine Expo Park
Jiangxi Wugu Village Group Co., Ltd. comprises Jiangxi Wugu Village Liquor Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Wugu Village Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was the Third Distillery of Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province, established in 1990. It is an old distillery with over 20 years of experience in liquor brewing, boasting traditional brewing techniques and a group of dedicated brewers who treat the enterprise as their home. After the shareholding reform in 2005, the company has continuously expanded its scale, sales team, and market coverage, with an increasingly dynamic team. To meet development needs and expand market share, Wugu Village Liquor Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to 100 million yuan. In November 2009, it invested in the renovation and expansion of its facilities in the Shanggao County Industrial Park, Yichun, covering an area of 100 acres. The new site includes thousands of tons of wine storage equipment, over 10,000 square meters of new workshops and warehouses, advanced bottling production lines, a grand office building, and a uniquely designed large-scale underground wine cellar built into the mountainside.
Jiangxi Wugu Village Liquor Co., Ltd. adopts a production and operation strategy focusing on mid-range liquor, supplemented by high-end products. Its product line covers all price tiers—from high, to mid, to low. The “Wugu Village” brand has established “Wugu Mountain House” franchise stores in many cities and counties across the province, gaining a certain market share, while also entering parts of Hunan, Guangxi, and Hainan provinces.
The Jungle Wine Expo Park under Jiangxi Wugu Village Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. features a nationally unique jungle fermentation and brewing process. It not only specializes in crafting traditional grain-based liquor but also offers a refined garden-style scenic area for customers’ leisure and vacation. Attractions include the Wugu Mountain House Experience Hall, Immortal Land of Nine Provinces, Tianyi Water Pond, Samadhi Wine Lounge, Cloud Sea Pillar, Yuanheng Hall, Lide Platform, Wugu Academy, Wine Culture Corridor, Harmony Wine Array, Zanyou Platform, homestay hotels, underground wine cellar, and Wugu Authentic Flavor Restaurant. The scenic area’s design highlights Taoist culture, making this pristine destination truly captivating and enjoyable.
The group company is committed to forging ahead on the path of integrated “three-industry fusion” development and aims to establish a national 4A-level tourist attraction. We will continue to extend and expand the functional offerings of the Wine Dao Theme Park, elevating its taste and sophistication. Plans include a liquor production extension industry economic demonstration park, a large-scale traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving brewed liquor museum and prescription experience center, a “Wugu” agricultural leisure park, a training and leisure experience center for traditional culture, wellness and elderly care facilities along with distinctive homestays, a millennia-old red rock stepped sunken underground wine cellar, and a Shanggao Battle-themed area. We are not just pursuing an ecosystem for liquor, but also a “third space” for a natural experiential lifestyle.
