Fanglou Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Lianhua County. Established as Fanglou Township in 1955, reorganized as a commune in 1958, reverted to township in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1994. Located in the central part of the county, it lies within a hilly area. The town covers an area of 119.7 square kilometers and has a population of 23,000. The town government is located in Fanglou, 20 kilometers from the county seat. National Highway 319 runs through the town.
