Datang Lotus Garden is located in Datang Village, Qinqjiang Town, about 6 kilometers from the county seat. With a large-scale planting area of 500 acres, it is a leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration site developed by Shicheng County to showcase the beautiful scenery of "China’s Most Beautiful Lotus Township." The garden integrates lotus viewing, lotus picking, lotus tasting, and lotus culture research. It mainly consists of three major areas: a diverse lotus species garden, expansive lotus viewing zones, and an in-depth lotus research institute.

In the height of summer, when you visit Shicheng, known as the "Source of the Gan River with Myriad Greens and a Hundred Miles of Lotus Countryside," what greets your eyes are the fertile fields and vast expanses of green lotuses irrigated by the waters from the headwaters of the Gan River. The "Hundred-Mile Lotus Sightseeing Belt," formed by 100,000 acres of white lotuses stretching as far as the eye can see, allows you to instantly experience the most stunning summer countryside scenery in China. Datang Village: Datang Village is situated in the southeastern part of Qinqjiang Town. The village administrative center is located in Datang. Before the Song Dynasty, it was once called Zhuzidong or Pengjia Village. In the early Yuan Dynasty, Yin Shigao migrated here from Gucun, Ningdu, and renamed it Datang, reflecting the aspiration for "fertile fields and white rice." To the east, it neighbors Laiwu in Shipi Town, Ninghua County; to the south, it borders Goucai in Zhukeng Township; to the west, it connects with Jianshang and Xianyuan villages; and to the north, it adjoins Mianfang Village. The entire village is surrounded by mountains, with a small basin in the center that is approximately 6 li long and 1 li wide. In 2003, it had jurisdiction over 26 villager groups, with 555 households and a population of 2,236.
