Qinpibei Settlement is known as "Matsu's Mediterranean" and is the most representative settlement of Eastern Fujian-style architecture in Matsu. This is the first time that Uni-President Starbucks has opened a store in Matsu. It is not only the northernmost branch in Taiwan but also the only one equipped with heating. The store design reflects the characteristics of Matsu’s land and culture and incorporates the locally unique spectacle of "Blue Tears", as well as local materials such as "Eastern Fujian-style stone house architecture" and "traditional sun-dried bamboo weaving screens".

Originally dug for strategic purposes, Beihai Tunnel has become a unique military landscape in the Matsu area after being decommissioned by the military. Located in Nangan, Matsu, Beihai Tunnel hosts the annual "Night of Blue Tears" event during the season of the blue light phenomenon. Visitors walk through the pitch-dark tunnel to admire the shimmering blue starry river.

Jinsha Settlement is located at the southwest bay of Nangan Island, at the foot of Yuntai Mountain. It is the closest fishing village settlement on Nangan to Mainland China. Originally named “Golden Sand” for its fine, golden-like sandy beach, it was later written as “Jinsha”. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset and stroll along the beach.
