Beilun Golden Coast Resort in Xiangshan is a leisure-oriented resort hotel built to three-star standards, invested in and controlled by the Xiangshan County Tobacco Bureau (Company). It is located in Xihu Harbor, Huangbi'ao Township, by the Xiangshan Harbor — known as the largest cage aquaculture base in China — just a 25-minute drive from downtown Xiangshan. Nestled against the mountains and by the sea, the resort boasts beautiful scenery, with winding wooden walkways and pontoon bridges, as well as an appealing man-made beach. Its elegant and unique location, along with its rustic all-wood structure, combines tourism, business, leisure, vacationing, sightseeing, and seafood dining into one. It forms a stunning seascape-meets-landscape attraction and is the first leisure fishery demonstration base in Ningbo City and Zhejiang Province.

The resort consists of two main sections: the land-based hotel and the seaside restaurant. The hotel covers an area of 8,000 square meters, featuring a modern architectural style that is both distinctive and fully equipped. It has a total of 93 guest rooms (suites), including 81 standard rooms, 6 single rooms, 5 standard suites, and 1 deluxe suite. There are 6 meeting rooms of varying sizes, which can accommodate up to 500 people simultaneously. Facilities include a business center, shopping mall, leisure tea bar, karaoke lounge, chess and card room, beauty salon, sauna, and more.

The seaside restaurant is entirely made of wood and floats on the sea, covering a construction area of 4,000 square meters. It houses 26 private dining rooms and 1 banquet hall, capable of seating 400 people at once, and is equipped to host high-end banquets, casual dining, and tourist groups. The menu features cage-raised fish combined with wild seafood and shellfish. Drawing inspiration from the cooking techniques of 18 townships, the restaurant has carefully crafted 18 classic seafood dishes representing the local fishing flavors of each area. The variety is rich and the flavors delicious.

The resort also offers a variety of leisure facilities and activities, such as a chatting corridor, marine aquarium, seaside arcade games, hillside hiking, a golf driving range, basketball court, and an indoor seawater swimming pool.
