Shipu Town
Shipu Town is located at the southern tip of Xiangshan Peninsula in Zhejiang Province and is known as the “Key Town on the Mid-Zhejiang Coast.” It derives its name from the uniquely scenic Shipu Harbor.
In Episode 5, “Encounters,” of *A Bite of China 2*, the story of Zhang Shizhong’s return to Taiwan and reunion with his family takes place in Shipu, Xiangshan. The episode also highlights the seafood of Xiangshan—mussels. Shipu Town features an old town on one side and the sea on the other, offering visitors a strong coastal town atmosphere as they stroll through.
