Xizha scenic area opening hours: 8:00–22:30 (from after the National Day Golden Week to April: 8:00–22:00; after 22:30, free shuttle boats stop operating, but sightseeing buses are available for transfers)

Opening hours for venues within the Xizha scenic area: 8:00–17:30 (from after the National Day Golden Week to April: open until 17:00)

Guests staying in the Xizha scenic area can obtain a temporary access pass at the main front desk of the Visitor Service Center with their room key, allowing entry and exit to the Xizha area without purchasing additional tickets during their stay
