Dongzha Gongsheng Distillery

-- Gongsheng Distillery is a time-honored shop, probably established during the Qing Dynasty. It has a golden signboard and offers several specialty products.

-- The distillery is quite large. Inside, there's also a brewery, and you can see a dilapidated gate, which really shows its long history.

-- The highlight here is brewing Sanbai Liquor using the most traditional methods. It became an instant hit after being selected as the ceremonial wine for Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang’s enthronement. As soon as you step in, you’re greeted by the rich aroma of liquor. The liquor is made on-site and you can taste it for free.

-- I bought a bowl — it was delicious. The flavor was fresh, the rice quality excellent, not overly sweet or harsh, and it looked beautiful. The experience was really impressive. A century-old shop truly stands out.
