Censhan Site

The Censhan Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Tongxiang City.

The Censhan Site is located around Fanshan Mountain in Longnan Village, Gaoqiao Town. Dating back to the Liangzhu Culture to the Warring States period, it is classified as an ancient site.

On June 9, 1981, the Censhan Site was designated as a cultural relics protection unit of Tongxiang City.

Economic Development Zone (Gaoqiao Subdistrict): A town under the jurisdiction of Tongxiang City. In 1958, it was part of Liuliang Commune; in 1961, Gaoqiao Commune was established; in 1984, it was restructured as a township; in 1989, it was upgraded to a town; in 1992, Hengqiao Township was merged into it. Located in the southern part of the city, it covers an area of 30 square kilometers with a population of 26,000. Tonggao and Chonggao highways pass through the area. It governs 13 village committees: Luhua, Luowan, Louxiajiao, Taiping, Gaoqiao, Wangliang, Fanqiao, Yanjiao, Yongning, Anquan, Maoshuibang, Sancun, and Tingqiao.
