Beidaqiao Site
The Beidaqiao Site is a cultural relic protection unit of Tongxiang City.
The Beidaqiao Site is located on the eastern end of Beidaqiao Bridge to the west of Dongmiaotou in Zhouquan, dating back to the Western Zhou, Spring and Autumn, and Warring States periods. It is classified as an ancient site.
On June 9, 1981, the Beidaqiao Site was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Tongxiang City.
Zhouquan Town: Zhouquan Town is a typical small town on the water town plains of the Jiangnan region. It is situated in the central part of the Hangjiahu Plain at the southern edge of the Yangtze River Delta alluvial plain. The area features low and flat terrain, crisscrossing rivers and canals, fertile land, a mild climate, distinct seasons, abundant sunshine, plentiful rainfall, and rich local produce. Traditional specialties of Zhouquan such as small-lake sheepskin, silk wadding, and freshwater pearls are renowned both domestically and internationally.
