Yanjiao Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Tongxiang City.

Yanjiao Temple is located in Yanjiao Village, Gaoqiao Town. Dating back to the late Ming Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

On June 9, 1981, Yanjiao Temple was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Tongxiang City.

Economic Development Zone (Gaoqiao Subdistrict): A town under the jurisdiction of Tongxiang City. In 1958, it belonged to Liuliang Commune; in 1961, Gaoqiao Commune was established; in 1984, it was restructured as a township; in 1989, it was upgraded to a town; and in 1992, Hengqiao Township was merged into it. Located in the southern part of the city, it covers an area of 30 square kilometers with a population of 26,000. Tonggao and Chonggao highways pass through the area. It administers 13 village committees: Luhua, Luowan, Louxiajiao, Taiping, Gaoqiao, Wangliang, Fanqiao, Yanjiao, Yongning, Anquan, Maoshuibang, Sancun, and Tingqiao. The main agricultural products include rice, silkworm breeding, Hangzhou chrysanthemums, vegetables, and rapeseed.
