Laowuyan Site

The Laowuyan Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Tongxiang City.

The Laowuyan Site is located at Lujiahui, Maqiaodai Village, Chongfu Town, dating back to the Liangzhu Culture period, and is classified as an ancient ruin.

On December 15, 2003, the Laowuyan Site was designated as a cultural relics protection unit of Tongxiang City.

Maqiaodai Village: Maqiaodai Village is situated at the eastern gate of Chongfu Town, Tongxiang City. It borders Jingwei Village to the east, Liuliang Village to the south, the Chongfu Development Zone to the north, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the west. National Highway 320 runs through the village, providing very convenient transportation. The village covers an area of approximately 2.60 square kilometers and is divided into 22 villager groups, including one fishing group. It has a total of 705 households and a population of 2,734, including 71 Party members. The village currently has 1,793 mu of arable land, with a per capita arable land of 0.60 mu.
