Xitanjiafen Site
The Xitanjiafen Site is a Tongxiang Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
The Xitanjiafen Site is located in the north of the Xitanjiafen group, Wujing Village, Heshan Town, Tongxiang City. It dates back to the Liangzhu Culture period and is classified as an ancient site.
On September 14, 2010, the Xitanjiafen Site was designated as a Tongxiang Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
Wujing Village: Wujing Village is situated in the center of Heshan Town, Tongxiang City. To the east it borders Dongbentou Village, to the west it neighbors Heshan Town proper, to the north it connects with Huatai Village and Yantou Village within the same town, and to the south it adjoins Dongchi Village, Shimen. The Tongde Highway runs through the center of the village, providing very convenient transportation. It lies on the Hangjiahu Plain in northern Zhejiang, featuring flat terrain with an average elevation of 3.2 meters.
Wujing Village is under the jurisdiction of Heshan Town, covering an administrative area of approximately 5.36 square kilometers. The soil is rich in organic matter and loose in texture. With crisscrossing waterways, good water quality, and a beautiful environment, it is a typical water town area in the Jiangnan region.
