Xiangyang Courtyard is located at No. 28 Wumiao Street, Dongxing Community, Wutong Subdistrict, Tongxiang City. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as a modern historical site.

On September 14, 2010, Xiangyang Courtyard was designated as a Tongxiang Municipal Cultural Heritage Conservation Unit.

Dongxing Community: Dongxing Community is situated in the bustling commercial center of Wutong Subdistrict, Tongxiang City. It borders Qingfeng Middle Road to the east, Kangjingtang River to the west, Dongxing Street and County Front Street to the south, and Beigang River to the north. The city’s three main commercial streets — Wutong Street, Yuhang Street, and Dongxing Street — run through the center of the community. Covering an area of 0.32 square kilometers, the community consists of 95 residential groups, with 1,676 permanent households and a total population of 4,688, including 1,155 non-native residents.
