Xiaozhi Bishui Bay in Taizhou City is located in Shixi Village, Xiaozhi Town, Linhai, Taizhou. It is 7 kilometers from the famous Taozhu National Geological Park and about 28 kilometers from downtown Taizhou, offering convenient transportation and a beautiful environment.

The first phase of the farmstead involved an investment of 16 million RMB, covering more than 260 acres. The amusement and accommodation facilities are fully equipped, including four elegantly comfortable luxury wooden villas that can accommodate over 20 people at the same time, all equipped with sanitation facilities.

The establishment of Bishui Bay Farm Resort relies on the provincial-level scenic tourism area and the local beautiful landscapes and water resources. With access to a local osmanthus plantation and by tapping into the region’s folk art culture, the resort centers around farmstead operations. It features the main characteristics of “eating farmhouse meals, staying in farmhouse rooms, exploring farmhouse scenery, and enjoying farmhouse fun,” providing guests with leisure and entertainment activities such as koi fish farming and sightseeing, agricultural orchard planting and picking, comprehensive agricultural viewing, fishing, barbecuing, waterside restaurants, self-service tea houses, children’s amusement parks, lake competitions, and rural farming experiences. Everything here allows you to escape the stress and fatigue of urban life, giving visitors a full experience of the simple rural lifestyle and local folk customs. The resort aims to create a destination where visitors can enjoy the leisure farmstead of Bishui Bay, admire the beautiful landscape, dine at the waterside restaurant, hold small meetings, cook wild delicacies, savor farmhouse meals, and fish for koi in mountain streams — a comprehensive leisure farmstead integrating sightseeing, vacationing, and cultural entertainment.

Xiaozhi Town: Located in the eastern part of our city, Xiaozhi Town is the source of the Niutoushan Reservoir. It covers an area of 90 square kilometers, governs 30 administrative villages, and has a population of 34,000. In recent years, the Xiaozhi Town Party Committee and government have leveraged local resource and environmental advantages to implement strategies for ecological town building, industrial strengthening, agricultural enrichment, and science & education development. After several years of effort, the town successfully passed the provincial-level ecological town assessment and was named one of Zhejiang Province’s Top Ten Emerging Flower Towns.
