The movie "Black & White: The Dawn of Justice" opens; the Southern District Police Station and the Seaside Bar will be open for visits

With a production budget exceeding NT$350 million, "Black & White: The Dawn of Justice Part 1: City of Chaos" officially premiered today. From its initial planning and casting at the beginning of last year to test shoots and beyond, it has consistently been one of the hottest topics in the Chinese-language film industry. Especially notable is that lead actor Mark Chao from the TV version carries the starring role solo, joined by Chinese acting legend Huang Bo, popular Hong Kong model Angelababy, and Hong Kong star Richie Jen in key roles. The stellar cast has fans eagerly anticipating the film.

Ninety percent of this film was shot in Kaohsiung, including the "Southern District Police Station" located at the site of the planned Pop Music Center, the "Desert Storm" scene in the Nansing Project area, the crash of a 747 airplane into the 85 Sky Tower, and the helicopter shootout at the Intercontinental Container Terminal. Two filming locations—the Southern District Police Station and the Seaside Bar—will officially open to the public on January 20. These two spots respectively symbolize justice and evil. Once opened, they will display the entire filmmaking process of "Black & White: The Dawn of Justice Part 1: City of Chaos."

Additionally, the film company specially held a grand Taipei premiere event on the movie streets of Ximending last night. Following the popularity of "Black & White," this film shoot and premiere have received sponsorship from the luxury brand Montblanc. At the premiere, the three main stars of the film—Mark Chao, Gwei Lun-mei, and Huang Bo—along with producer Yu Xiaohui, walked the red carpet, making for a glittering event.
