Destination Introduction The General Tuo Scenic Area is located in Tanmugang Village, Hebei Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. It is an ecological nature scenic area, covering a total area of 1,680 mu, including 370 mu of orchards, 230 mu of scenic forests, and fruit trees such as apricot, peach, apple, walnut, and persimmon; the herb garden includes white chrysanthemum, bupleurum, adenophora, wild ginger, forsythia, and platycodon. It is a national A-level tourist attraction.

The area boasts vast mountainous land and abundant resources. Existing fruit tree varieties include fresh apricot, peach, apple, walnut, persimmon, pear, jujube, and prickly ash; there are also a wide variety of wild mountain vegetables; pheasants and hares are frequently seen. In early spring, peach blossoms, wild violets, February orchids, apricot flowers, peach flowers, and pear blossoms compete in blooming, turning General Tuo into a world of flowers; in summer, the shaded woods, red apricots on the branches, and cool mountain breezes eliminate all summer heat; in autumn, the fiery red leaves and the colorful foliage of various trees create the unique natural landscape of General Tuo.
