Do you yearn for the beautiful lavender fields of Provence? Now there's a place in the suburbs of Beijing called Crescent Bay. With rolling green mountains, murmuring streams, a garden full of wildflowers, and vast swaths of romantic purple and warm yellow hues. Near Jiudu River in Huairou and the Huanghua Cheng Water Great Wall lies a crescent-shaped valley — that’s the Crescent Bay Lavender Garden.
On Saturday, July 14th, at the invitation of the local travel website, a group of over ten journalists from various media outlets visited the Crescent Bay Lavender Manor in Huairou.
