Xiongzhou Subdistrict: In March 2000, the former Liucheng Town, Lingyan Town, and Longchi Township of Luhe County were merged to form Xiongzhou Town, covering an area of 112.3 square kilometers. It governs 25 administrative villages and 10 community residents' committees, with a population of 138,000. It is the location of the newly established Luhe District Committee and District Government.

Xiongzhou Subdistrict enjoys a superior geographical location.
