Picking strawberries isn’t just for Dahua, Miaoli—there are many places across Taiwan where you can harvest sweet, large strawberries. The strawberry season runs from December to May every year, with peak production from March to April. Check out these five popular strawberry farms and take your family this weekend to enjoy the fun of picking strawberries yourself.

1.Meiyu Strawberry Farm
A third-generation family-run high-rise strawberry farm, Meiyu has a very friendly owner. The vast farm produces big, beautiful strawberries. You can also enjoy strawberry milk—picking, playing, and snacking makes it super fun.

2.Dalin Mei Xiang Sightseeing Strawberry Farm
This strawberry farm in Dalin uses beneficial agricultural microbes guided by PhD-level experts along with high-tech hydroponic cultivation. The strawberries remain natural, yet are exceptionally sweet and delicious. The quality is very stable, and the environment is clean and comfortable.

3.Liuhe High-Rise Milk Strawberries
This massive high-rise strawberry farm is located in Dahua, Miaoli. The farm has a sizable area and produces strawberries with beautiful color, moderate sweetness, and huge size. Even on overcast or rainy days, you can still easily enjoy the fun of strawberry picking.

4.Donglin Strawberry Farm
Located in the hills of Neihu, Donglin Strawberry Farm offers not only neat and clean strawberry fields but also a variety of strawberry products. It’s a great place to visit on weekends.
