From cafes to beauty shops and even gyms, convenience stores have been evolving rapidly in recent years, launching innovative hybrid store formats. For the first time, 7-ELEVEN has combined six business types—coffee, bakery, beauty, reading, retail, and confectionery—into a single outlet, creating a brand-new convenience store concept called “Big7,” turning the little 7 into a BIG 7!

The new “Big7” store format is located in Gongguan, situated in the bustling student hub of Bo-Yuan branch within the Gongguan shopping district. After a complete renovation, the store covers an area of approximately 130 ping and integrates six different service types into one hybrid convenience store.

The bright and spacious interior allows customers to enjoy a relaxing time in the store.

7-11 has also introduced a new premium coffee brand, The Incredible Café, with a concept symbolized by an exclamation mark and a question mark—conveying the brand image of “a cup of coffee so amazing and delicious that words can’t fully describe it, making every cup a treasured coffee experience.” The menu includes up to 22 items, categorized into four types: Italian-style, flavored, specialty pour-over, and others, with prices ranging from NT$60 to NT$130.

The Big7 store offers premium pour-over coffee.

The Big7 store has also partnered with Books.com.tw for the first time to open a hybrid physical bookstore. Located near the coffee and bakery area, it features 32 seats, with retro tiled floors and wooden tables and chairs, creating an exceptionally comfortable reading space where readers can enjoy books in a more relaxed environment.

Books.com.tw and 7-11 have joined forces for the first time at the Big7 store to create a cozy reading environment.

Additionally, its K&Seren beauty brand has also found a home in the Big7 hybrid store, offering up to 30 bathing product options for customers. It has also launched the first-ever convenience store candy house, designed with a pink, girly aesthetic, selling three categories: bestsellers from Europe and America, exclusive items from Japan and Korea, and timeless character-themed sweets.

The store features both the K"Seren beauty section and a girly candy house, offering customers a unique shopping experience.
