Shenyang Meteorite Mountain Forest Sports Park is located within the Lüdao Tourist Resort, covering a total area of 3,500 acres with a total investment of $129 million. The planned facilities include an international-standard 27-hole golf course, a driving range, a comprehensive service center, apartments, a five-star business hotel, a swimming pool, a hot spring resort, a snow entertainment complex, an ecological orchard, tennis courts, a horse racing field, a grass skiing field, and tourism real estate development.

The Shenyang Meteorite Mountain Golf Resort is built around a 27-hole international-standard mountain golf course and integrates a five-star hotel, forest villas, and dining and entertainment. The golf course and resort occupy 230 hectares. The 27-hole course is ingeniously designed to take advantage of the natural rolling terrain and pristine forest, meeting LPGA standards and capable of hosting international tournaments.

The club building in the park has a construction area of 10,867 square meters and includes a luxurious reception hall, Chinese and Western dining, meteorite-themed baths, sauna and massage services, a large fitness center, KTV rooms, 23 high-end guest rooms, and a multi-functional business meeting room that can accommodate 300 people. The forest resort villas have a construction area of 9,000 square meters and consist of 83 units. The modern-style international five-star hotel covers a construction area of 23,000 square meters, featuring 108 high-end guest rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and can host large groups and business events. The driving range has 80 outdoor hitting bays and 20 indoor bays, along with simulation equipment.
