Fazi Creek in Taichung was named for its scenic beauty, where people often fished by the riverbank and used bamboo rafts as water transport in the past. The Taichung City Government will develop the left bank area from Yongchun East Road to the Taichung High-Speed Rail Station into an 1.8-kilometer scenic gateway waterfront corridor. This project includes landscape art installations, waterside walking paths, and three-dimensional text landmarks, creating a space that combines riverside scenery and interactive water activities.
