Feifei Australian Village New Settlement is located in Heiniu Village, Chenxiang Town, Sujiatun District, covering an area of 11,700 mu with a total investment of nearly 1 billion yuan. It was jointly developed by Australian merchants and Shenyang Feifei Group.

The New Settlement enjoys inherent geographical advantages, with Ma’er Mountain — the highest peak in southern Shenyang — to the east and multiple natural landscapes. It has been a destination for scholars and artists for over a century. The Heiniu Reservoir within the area is the largest reservoir in southern Shenyang, covering a water surface of over 500 mu. Experts from provincial and municipal authorities have inspected the site and unanimously agreed that it meets the standards of a provincial-level tourism resource.

The New Settlement is surrounded by a Great Wall-style wall that meanders for 32 li. Inside, the village is divided into four major zones: the Apartment Zone, Water Recreation Zone, Forest Park, and Botanical Garden. The Apartment Zone features over a hundred high- and mid-range villas; the Water Recreation Zone offers amenities such as a stage on the water, fishing platforms, and a sunbathing beach; the Forest Park is planted with a variety of precious tree species and is home to rare birds such as ostriches and peacocks; the Botanical Garden showcases a comprehensive collection of plants from around the world.

Once completed, the New Settlement will align with the development trends of international tourism, becoming a leading, modern, high-standard eco-agricultural leisure park in Northeast China.
