Sacred Spring

Sacred Spring, located to the west of the water park, boasts pure and crystal-clear water that is cool and sweet to the taste. Legend has it that when General Xue Rengui sought refuge in a hidden military cave during his eastern campaign, he drank from this mountain spring and managed to turn misfortune into fortune, averting disaster and ushering in good luck. It was only after this that he accomplished heroic deeds such as leaping his horse onto the Army-Rearing Mountain and rescuing the emperor from the muddy river—eventually becoming the Eastern Expedition Commander-in-Chief. Later, the spring was blessed by the monk Ji Gong and transformed into a holy spring capable of dispelling disasters and curing illnesses, as well as prolonging life—hence the name: Sacred Spring.
