It is 10 li northwest of Zhanggufeng and faces the Tumen River to the south. To the north of the embankment lies the Tumen River alluvial plain, with the Soviet city of Baogetegnaoya located about 2 li to the east and, about 1 li to the west across the Tumen River, the North Korean town of Domunjiang. Approximately 500 meters to the southeast is the railway bridge connecting North Korea and the Soviet Union. Tuzi Pai is situated at the tripoint border of China, North Korea, and Russia, famously known as the place where “one glance spans three nations, and a dog’s bark echoes across three borders.” The marker faces 223 degrees southwest, stands 1.44 meters high, 0.5 meters wide, and 0.22 meters thick, with 0.09 meters of its base exposed above ground. The front bears the vertical inscription “Tuzi Pai,” while the left side is inscribed with “Erected in the 12th year of Guangxu, April.” The back of the marker features the Russian letter “T.”
