Banshi Town: Banshi Town is situated in the southwestern part of Hunchun City, downstream of the Hunchun River, between longitude 130°15′–130°12′ east and latitude 42°41′–42°50′ north. It is 10 kilometers from downtown Hunchun, adjacent to the Hunchun Border Economic Cooperation Zone, borders Russia, and faces North Korea across the river. It is a key town in the southern rice-producing region of Hunchun. The town covers an area of 133 square kilometers, comprises seven administrative villages, and has a total population of 13,000.
