It turns out that this was actually Jiājiā Catering House, a place I’d long bookmarked but never gotten around to visiting. So I made a special trip to Sanxing World, which I hadn’t been to in ages, to try their fried rice. (Way back when, there used to be a Sanxing Night Market here, though that’s probably just a memory for old-time Tainan locals. I’m glad I got to experience it.)
