The Water Play Square at Taiwan Salt’s Tongxiao Refined Salt Plant, built using deep ocean water, officially opened to the public on the 27th, offering free water play for visitors. The park features facilities such as an ocean alkaline ion water fountain, an ocean thermal spring stream, a LOVE art installation, and a sundial experience area. It remains open year-round, closing only on Chinese New Year’s Eve.

Taichung’s hot springs have garnered international attention. Following an exchange with Tottori Prefecture in western Honshu, Japan, on the 26th, Oita Prefecture in northeastern Kyushu also visited Guguan in Taichung. In this modern metropolis of Tokyo, it's truly delightful to come across a vintage streetcar. The Arakawa Line (あらかわせん) runs through Tokyo's Arakawa, Kita, Toshima, and parts of Shinjuku wards. It starts at the "Minowabashi" stop and ends at the "Waseda" stop. Because the tram emits two "ding-ding" sounds before departure, it was often referred to as the "Ding-Ding Car" in the past.
Shōsei in Shizuoka Opens New Store – Herb-Raised Pork Cutlet Limited to 300 Portions
Since its introduction from Shizuoka, Japan in 2013, Shōsei Japanese pork cutlets have expanded to six branches within two years. Starting October 28 and November 18, new branches will also open at Miramar in Taipei’s Dazhi district and Far Eastern Department Store Zhongshan Branch in Banqiao. In addition to recreating classic Japanese pork cutlet dishes, this launch will also feature Taitung herb-raised pork from the Huatung Valley, offering shoppers a new dining option while they browse.
