The 2016 Michelin Guide to Hong Kong & Macau Released: First-ever Recommendations for 23 Street Food Stalls
The "Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2016" was officially unveiled today (the 5th). In addition to listing 8 three-star restaurants, 18 two-star restaurants, and 51 one-star restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau, it also newly features street food recommendations from both regions (23 in Hong Kong, 12 in Macau). Among them is "Taiwan Dijun Charcoal-Grilled Pepper Bun," which originated from Fengjia Night Market in Taiwan and has expanded to open a branch in Macau.
